I don't quite understand the question. If you are referring to obtaining them without
a legitimate prescription the answer is no. There are a very few places in the
world where you can purchase aas without a prescription. There are a handful of places
where the brazen selling of anabolics is TOLERATED and ALLOWED but few where it is
LEGAL to do so without a valid prescription.

^^^ true, i know A LOT of gear is made over in china and shipped internationally to the states and other countries, also thailand is another place where you can get it easily

I have been sent some pretty large orders over a 3 year period and have had not 1 shipment stopped by JP customs. I have never heard of it being available local however.
