Im now 220lbs with 14%, im not going that deep, 8% is my goal.

I'm very sorry its in dutch, the brinta is a sort of oatmeal, kipfilet is chicken, koolvis is alaska pollok, kwark is a sort of cottage cheese and the rest is pretty clear I think.

Do you think my carbs are too high? The reason why I did this is because of the T3, the use of AAS in my diet, and I hate being flat all the time.
