    Cutting in feb

    I'm going to follow this diet 12wks, at the last 6wks ill be using T3/Clen together, the cycle is also posted on the board.
    Im now 220lbs with 14%, im not going that deep, 8% is my goal.

    This is my diet sort of:

    Maaltijd 1
    Brinta 80gr 10 gr 60 gr 4.5 gr
    Whey 50gr 40 gr 0 gr 0 gr
    Lijnzaadolie 10ml 0 gr 0 gr 10 gr

    Maaltijd 2
    Rijst 35gr 2 gr 35 gr 0 gr
    Kipfilet 200gr 44gr 0 gr 0 gr
    Olijfolie 10ml 0 gr 0 gr 10 gr

    Maaltijd 3
    Rijst 35gr 2 gr 35 gr 0 gr
    Koolvis 300gr 54 gr 0 gr 0 gr
    Olijfolie 10ml 0 gr 0 gr 10 gr

    Maaltijd 4
    Rijst 35gr 2 gr 35 gr 0 gr
    Kipfilet 200gr 44gr 0 gr 0 gr

    Maaltijd 5 (PWO)

    I'm very sorry its in dutch, the brinta is a sort of oatmeal, kipfilet is chicken, koolvis is alaska pollok, kwark is a sort of cottage cheese and the rest is pretty clear I think.

    The totals:

    P: 389
    C: 342
    F: 69
    Carbs: 3545

    Do you think my carbs are too high? The reason why I did this is because of the T3, the use of AAS in my diet, and I hate being flat all the time.

    Im going to run lots a test prop and some trenace, also some adex.

    Cutting with 3545 calories? How much do you eat when you are cruising or bulking?

    All depends how much cardio is mixed in as to whether or not you will get lean on that diet.

    I never cruise, but I bulk with +- 5000kcal.

    Ive run my last diet with 3300 kcal and no cardio, and progress was good, I made the mistake to cut to much carbs the last 5 wks, then I was at 2500kcal and getting flat and small.

    This time I want to take it slow because I hate the shrinking look, adding cardio ill think of that, but I wont cut back on carbs, id rather increase cardio of workouts.

    Adding cardio is what allows you to keep the calories high and keeps you from looking flat and small.

    That's a good point, well im going to see what ill add for cardio, i'll do it in the am.
    But I don't want to be doing it for to long (not longer than 30min) because of catabolism.

    Im preparing for a cutting cycle, im now 2wks in my diet.

    testp 875 ew
    trenace 393.75 ew

    Just basic, im looking for hardness and vasculairity. Ive lost some water already and beginning to see the beginning.
