    junk food ???

    quik run down b4 the ? im 37 training for 23 yrs. in middle of 5th cycle tren and test, im 5'10" 267 bf in mid to low teens (this a.m.). i eat very clean the majority of the year im not perfect but im not preparing for a contest or anything either (just vane). my question is i think related to sodium and water i've felt like the last couple of years ive become very sensitive to sodium. some days i dont even look like i work out im just big other days i look like a freak at the gym that everyone stares at while im not looking. my question(finaly)
    it seems as though i look my best after a junk meal. yesterday i ate perfect all day in anticipation of cheating during the national championship game. last night i had 3 pieces of pizza and 3 beers. this morning i weighed 268 my abs were showing like never before i looked great what the f**k im i missing??

    could be that when you woke up you had nothing in your stomach, i noticed i could see my abs really well when i used to drink(i don't anymore). the morning after a party my definition was amazing, but i attributed that to the fact that the night before i had no solid food and my body was dehydrated

    Could be Alcohol is a diuretic so you piss out alot of sodium then the pizza is hella carbs so maybe essentially your lowering your sodium in your body while carbing up???? that my only guess

    training and the chemistry involved with gear is a piece of cake compared to the diet.
