Fat PWO is bad, it slows down your nutrient absorption.. It basically ruins your insulin spike, the best thing to do would be 70-90g fast digesting carbs and 50-60g protein

    For example.

    10 rice cakes
    and
    50g protein shake

...or just a shake with like 70 - 100g of dextrose and 50g of whey protein.

The biggest guys at the gym will be eating mid-workout, and as soon as they get into there car. (Pre-packaged meals). Think about it this way, your body is starving for protein to build muscles and to aid recovery. It might even be a good time to take some glutamine in your shake.

**** dextrose and **** eating during working out...

    "You need a small amount of o m e g a s PWO for optimum protein synthesis.

"Most" who say, or think that you shouldn't have any fat at all PWO, are either uneducated, brain washed by supplement companies or BB mags, and mostly they are just outright ****ing MOMO's
Why people think that protein rushes right to muscle tissue and you grow immediately PWO is beyond my realm of thought.
PWO your body gives a **** about ONE thing. Glycogen restoration. It could give a rats ass about muscle repair TIL the body feels satisfied energy resources are at adequate levels. THEN and ONLY THEN will your body switch to muscle repair. And that's about 4 meals after training!"

As far as your PWO goes,

potatoes, raisins, half whey isolate/half whey hydrosylate, and some fish oil
or take out the powder, and eat egg whites

Waxy Maize is a good choice for fast acting carbs. I take in about 80g of Waxy and 60g of Whey immediately after work out.
