im on about 5 shakes a day at the moment, 5-6 small good food meals and when i have a crap its never solid, is this because of so much protein?

to many shakes bro, try gettin ur protien in more of whole foods
there is good leves of proteins in the food, just cant have a solid crap ... havent for the past month or so...
even tho u drinking to many shakes post up ur diet
ive done my diet up here a week or so ago, why too many shakes, im a pro athlete i dont have time to eat all time so i have to do shakes
