equipoise, Sustanon cycle

Hi guys newbie here got my hands on 4 bottles of equipoise and 2 of sustanon and i,m wondering what kind of cycle that I should do with this. Any help would be appreciated.

35 yrs old, 195lbs, 5,11" training for about 2 years not sure what my BF % is pct novadex and clomid. I want all the help I can get and what I should be doing before I start this. Thanks again.

what do you mean by bottles? 10ml vials? Amps? And yes...nolvadex and clomid are considered PCT items but you need to schedule all your items/dosages out for AAS and PCT. Sounds like you dont even have enough gear to get really started honestly. Youll need more test to even run it by itself.

if you have 10ml vials then you should have enough for about a 10 week cycle. 10 weeks is plenty!
500mg sust a week broke into EOD injects (sust usually makes people sore for a bit after the injection)

400mg a week eq broke into EOD injects also

PCT=100mg clomid week 1-2
40mg nolvadex week 1-2
cut this back to 50/20 for weeks 2-4
PCT should start 2 weeks after your last inject

if you have never cycled before or for a long time this is plenty!
