I know it takes Test E 3-4 for weeks to "kick in" or to feel the strength and mass effects, I am wondering when to crank up my caloric intake? Should I wait till week 3 before I start my bulking diet or should I start consuming the 4,000 calories a day at the start of my week 1 injection? I'm planning on eating normal for 2 weeks or so and slowly increasing my calories, is this the right idea?
