Haha thanks, but right now I would say im at 10% (even though I still look lean (ie my abs are still there and actually look a bit leaner and my stomach goes inward still), but I can "fell" the increased glycogen, water, around certain parts)
But yeah, I have always had fast metabolism, when I was first got into weight lifting I weighed 130 lbs at 8% bodyfat, in 4 months I was able to make it 172 lbs at 16% bodyfat and I had no layed out diet, I just ate anything I saw (excluding fast food and sugar fat food foods). Then in another 4 months I was down to 12% while maintaining my weight.
But a buddy of mine had even better genetics, he could eat whatever he wanted and grow like a weed and still keep his bf% at 7%.
