I have genetically inherited my father and grandfather's crappy wrists, which can become very painful if I tweak them. Lately I have been experiencing significant wrist pain the next day after I lift. It may be caused by not lifting as cleanly as I should, but I plan on going on cycle next week and I know the added weight won't help things. From what I've been told one of the bones in my wrist is slightly longer than it should be and it puts too much pressure on another bone or nerve. Do they make anything for lifting to prevent wrist pain or twisting of the wrists? Like straps or supports?
