    Pct after 3month cycle of prop-dbol-some tren ace and some halo

    Sup guys? Ok im jumping on my pct now and i have been doing some research on this..i have used hcg on cycle then about a month ago i stopped using it..so here goes

    1-4 1mg arimidex/day
    1 hcg 2500iu e4th day for 3 shots
    1-8 50mg clomid
    5-8 20mg nolvadex
    4-7 100iu hcg/day
    1-8 1000mg vitamin e
    also going to be using tribulus at 1500mg/day and zma for about 10weeks

    reason why im using so much hcg in the beggining is so the testes size can go back to normal fast then test can catch up in the following weeks..
    Also reason why im using adex is because of its high increase in igf-1 wich helps in leydig cell regeneration to some extent i believe better than nolva in the beggining
    and also starting up the hcg again in mid pct at a very small dose for further hpta recovery

    i keep reading on how good adex is in conjunction with hcg and clomid then switching to nolva towards the end in case of estro rebound so for this reason ive put all this in together in my pct..im on day2 btw so far feeling great happy to be off the juice looking forward to hpta recovery!

    For a 3month cycle that was a month after another 3month cycle....is that 2long bro? Its been a harsh cycle

    I can't really say. I mean 12 week cycles are very common, but running 2 of them almost back to back isn't something I think anyone should do. Regardless, once you are shut down completely, you are shut down completely. I can't see you being any more shut down now than you were at the end of the first cycle. I do hope you plan to stay off for a while before you hurt yourself.

    Yea i got a bad shoulder injury gonna be out for a good yr..maybe just stick to legs and abbs....i hope recovery is gonna be fine..funny thing is the boyz dont look as small as they have after previous other cycles in wich i was shut down bad..

    that sucks about the shoulder injury. what were your gains total?

    well, i was in powerlifting and gained 11kg not much water either...my bench went from 155kg to 191kg, seated military from 125kg-149kg, clean and jerk from 115kg to 135kg,standing military from 115kg to 135kg, dead lift from 175kg to 250kg(i fell in love with this, never done deads in my life not once), squat from 175kg 6reps to 225kg 4reps, bar curls from 70kg 6 reps up to 95kg 6-8 with good form, preacher curls i was reppin 8 with 85kg, scullcrushers from 60kg 10reps to 95kg 8reps.
    once i reached all this, it was clean and jerk day....i did my warm up like always, finished up on the workout and everything was fine...next morning i couldnt move my left arm due to shoulder pain..now i cant even bench the bar alone it hurts once pressure is applied..still havent got it checked up because of work..too busy...im just sick and tired of all this...having to eat so much food, waisting so much money on supps and bullshyt that doesnt do nothing but get companies rich! and here goes the injury now so all i have worked for went down the drain..ive waisted thousnds of dollars this yr on all this and where did it get me? nowhere! probly very unhealthy right now shut down for sure and threw some money out in the trash..what am i thinking? not like im gonna be lifting all my life..thats reality..past a certain age its not like the gym is still gonna b 1st priority but anyway..i just hope i can keep some muscle because my metabolism is so fast after a yr im gonna be a twig and its all gonna be like a cycle again..might as well just go for fitness once shoulder is good....aerobic all the way and good healthy dieting..no more juice no more supps, maybe just some tri protien source and herbal supps-vitamins-minerals....
