    Question Anadrol...newbie

    to start off, 23 about 155lbs about 5'10"...bf is around 2-4%, never been really big, just always very toned... lifting for a few years now, really been into it since august... i eat quite a few times throughout the day, and keep my protein intake up. id like to put on more size...i understand the downfalls from abuse, and aside from a lil taxing on ur liver, what side effects come from a mild dose of oral anadrol? im a non drinker, which isnt a fix all but my liver is healthy. thanks guys

    word! i am imagining an alien here forsome reason! post a pic ive gota see if im close

    man if your metabolism is that fast change your diet for sure and eat everything in site! makes some gains naturally first! like 15 to 20 then consider the juice, JMO

    Unless you're Ronnie or Flex, you will have a hard time getting to 2%. No one's body wants to stay that low naturally. I think it's pretty much for anyone to stay at 2% BF while trying to gain weight. If you were truly 2% BF, you'd be seeing all kinds of gross tendons and teeny weeny little veins and other shit that one shouldn't see just all over the place, right under the skin.

    2-4% is unlikely and drol only is a bad idea

    155 @ 2% 5'10. I have serious doubts. What you need is big daily doses of food. Any pics?

    Stack the ANADROL with some testosterone.
    Toxicity of ANADROL is far overrated,,just dont use to high dosage for too long of period.

    Are you serious? You think this guy is ready for an anadrol/test stack. You even quoted his stats. Come on, he has a lot of research and growing to do first.

    then two was an understatement sorry!! guess im just on the skinnier side...never had bmi measured. yes metalobism is very high, hard to keep nitric oxide in before workouts too...i try to eat and eat, thats why i didnt want to juice all crazy and fuc% something up. i understand diet is a huge role, just looking for that extra bump and size in the gym..this thread kinda went the oppposite direction

    I'd put you at 11% considering your weight. You really need to eat ALOT! train hard and keep cardio to once a week.

    I'd say he's lower than that. And Jake, your chest looks whack. There's like no inner chest, and not because it looks small. There's like literally no part of the pectoral muscle attached in the middle of the chest bone!

    Yeah, I'm leaning more to the 7-8%. There is NO way he is 11%.

    Indeed he's between 7-8% no less. In any case we all know that his original estimation was off... I'm sure he feels we all ripped him a new one so lets really discuss the issue. I think he's a perfect candidate for some drol and test...lol! But seriously friend you are young - if you have'nt been at this for years already I would try eating more I know for myself that I need to consume nearly 300 grams of quality protein for me to make steady gains. In fact, let me tell you I've been taking drol for a little over 2 weeks and I've only put on 10 pounds. Why? Because things have been so hectic in my life that my meals are getting f@#$ up and it been frustrating but hey I'm doing the best I can.

    My point is unless you're eating and I mean eating - I'm tired of hearing all these ectomorphs telling me they eat alot - ok, compared to what??? Maybe you eat more than the average 155 lb. guy but I'm willing to put money down that your protein consuption does not include 500 grams of carbs and no less than 220 grams of protein! Eat brother - all day. Eat. And that goes for when your on the gear (should you decide your ready) - cause you won't put on mass without good food and a protein supp. Period. Trust me. Master your diet. Believe me as hardgainer myself I have had to fight tooth and nail to add every bit of muscle to my body. I too was 155lbs. and now after years of trial and error I'm 205lbs! Sure, test and a-bombs are great... but nothing is more anabolic than a shit load of good food!

    well appreciated feedback guys...as far as my chest, hittin the pec deck and flyes seemed to spread it out quite a bit...i know i need to gain weight...im always tryin to snack throughout the day, and getting in tuna, chicken and cottage cheese before sleep...and thats why i asked the questions i did...so maybe go easier on the next newbie eh? lol heres another pic of my chest to ponder...and only being twenty three i dont need to be jumping into it
