Hi guys, i've been on the forum a few years now without ever doing a cycle because i am really an athlete not a bodybuilder so i just found the learning on here was worth the time, however right now i am in a time of strong training and i am begining to feel my age a little when it comes to recovery, i am training about 5-6 hours a day in Muay Thai and conditioning at a professional camp, it is really killing me because i cannot recover fast enough which sucks. After doing this training for 5 months straight now i am really considering doing one of those low test cycles over a longer term just to improve my recovery and strength because the amount of training is alot but i dont want to stop i want to take advantage of it while i am able to be here.
Proposed cycle:
30 weeks Test-E @200-250mg a week
Nolvadex 10mg a day all the way through
PCT:
HCG inject once a week after last shot, then three weeks after:
Clomid 100mg week 1, 50mg week 2-4
Nolvadex 20mg All the way
Supplements while training:
Glutamine + BCAA +Taurine +Whey protein +Multi vitamins + Flax
Diet: Clean 4 meals a day with high carbs i need the energy
Stats:
Age: 29
Weight: 175lbs
Height: 5'10"
bodyfat percentage: 12%
I am NOT looking at packing on Mass, i just want to recover much faster and add strength so i can go through the next 30 weeks while doing as much training and benefiting as possible.
Training Program:
MWF Morning = Morning run 1hr, hit pads 6x4minute rounds, bag 6x4minute rounds, light sparring 3 rounds, abs exercises
MWF evening = Skip rope 12x4 minute rounds, hit pads 6x4minute rounds, boxing only 4 rounds, kick and knee sprints on bag (many) , abs
TRS Morning = Run 1hr, weight training circuit of ten stations each one minute, circuit has to be done three times, includes many exercises from shrugs, leg press, shoulder press, medicine ball, bench press, fly's...
TRS Evening = same as MWF
Its very cardio packed, i just want to be able to recover and get stronger instead of getting weaker while doing this, 30 weeks, what do u guys recomend? and do u recomend i use HCG in the middle to keep balls sagging?
