    Protein Powder or meal repacement

    i am takin nitro tech as my low carb proetien and need a new protein packed wit carbs and tons of protein do i get a reg.powder or meal replacement u tell me

    I agree with tt333...
    Meso Tech is great...good taste, protein, carbs, glutamine.
    Also, prolabs got one, never used it but it is supposed to be good. I think sann has one that is also high in good fats(cla, mct) and good carbs.
