First Injection!! help

ok so i did my first injection today and i have no idea how it went so il tell you what happened...i was messing with the vial and i accidentally opened it so it was exposed to air for like a second..i then put it back and figured out how to do everything...i then injected it my glut...it wasn't as bad as i thought it was but just wanted to see what you guys think

Air is nothing to worry about. I would read up on injecting to make sure you are being clean and sterile.

How did you open a vial? That can't be an easy thing to do.

How do you open the vial? it is secured close unless you freaking ripped it off or something lol

Did you swab the area you injected with alochol first?

If that is the case, and even if you did everything right, you will still likely get what is called the test flu.

Everyone who has done a test cycle knows what this is.

Even if you do not have an abscess, and everything goes according to plan, you will get sick sometime in the next 24 hours to 5 days. Some strange Dr.Frankenstien thing goes on where for the first time, it makes one feel sick.

Keep an eye on the ijection site. Just to make sure it is the test flu, and not an abscess infection flu.

No more breaking off the vial tops! Not unless its an amp, in which case they are always to be broken off.

I am not a fan of amps as I believe that even the microscopic amounts of glass can still eventually lead to scar tissue build up.

It's not a theory. The majority of people get Test-Flu. I'm also doing a test - enan cycle, and I got it a couple of days ago. You might just be lucky... Or you just don't remember your first injection ... either way.

All I remember is the pain the days following my first injection....nothing more.

Anyone else here not get the "test flu"? Naturally, I am a healthy person *knock on wood* I don't get sick unless its something drastic (like mold that causes lung infection) other than that I rarely get sick, maybe once or twice a year.

some people get the so called "test flu" and some dont.. there are several possible reasons for this to occur..

I myself as some other members here are curious as to how you just opened the vial up. Its a bit disconcerting to think that that top of the vial was so poorly crimped that it just came off. Not that the air itself did anything to contaminate it (though it is a possibility it is unlikely), but the fact that it came off says to me they were careless in production...now thats a surprise! Check to make sure you don't see any particles in the oil. If you see specs or material suspended in the oil - thats definately some poorly made gear!

What are the symptoms of Test Flu? i am a newbie, 8 weeks into my 1st cycle of Test E, i havent had any problems, be it flu or too much pain when injecting, my 1st 4 weeks were a bit sore and the next 2 as well cos i only started shooting myself than but i'm used to it now and i dont have the same kind of pain i experienced on the 1st 4weeks, other than that i havent had any fluish symptoms...*knock on wood*

haha i guess i kinda of did..the brand is a great brand so i doubt its bad..unless the person i got it from ripped it open and put some bunk in there which i doubt

I guess I'm lucky no test flu and only a hair sore on that cheek. Went away quickly. Is soreness greater with UGL compair to pharm made test.

I got sick last week (week 2 of test prop and EQ) and I was out of commision for 3 days. Not everyone or even a majority of people get sick, but when you do the key is to keep your mental focus and not get depressed. First set of big strength gains when I came out of that illness. Anyway, you shouldn't have a problem with exposure to air. Just leave the tops on and follow proper injecting procedure from now on.

My first injection was the one that hurt like a bitch, but then I the next was just very mild soreness.

Inject real slow too, so it helps

yea i had my roommate do it and he did it slow...when should i be actually feeling something to confirm its real? i dont know if its a placebo effect or if its the test but it seems like i get harder more often..week 2 maybe?

long esters anything from 4-7 weeks,
short esters according to what it is a lot sooner.............

Nope anywhere from week 4-6 is when it "kicks in" due it being a long ester.

You should feel some effects by then, like some water gain and weight gain, and really vivid dreams.

No, just let it build up and you will be fine. Plus I doubt you want to pin yourself every day or every other day. Just wait it out your on cycle for 12 weeks, no rush.
