I've been learning from this site for months now, became a member, and now im posting my first thread. I have been very hesitant to do so. I've spent hours upon hours searching for a beginner stack based off a person of my size and have came up with unsatisfactory information, based off the person asking the question, not giving enough information for you people to go off of. Lifted weights off and on for 10 years
Diet is in check

Due to a very lucky circumstance, I dont not have to work a traditional job. So I have an unlimited amount of time to get back into "shape".
I blew out my left shoulder out at my peak of working out at 18. Had surgery, its probably 90%.
I'm kind of tonned and just look big and scary kind of, is what i usually hear.

So im thinking about doing a 12 week 500 mg test E(week) cycle in addition to a 4 week dbol 40 mg a day cycle. I would run 4 weeks of test before taking the Dbol.

With my diet(fish, oatmeal, chicken breast, complex starches and steak two times a week) with no deviation from that diet what so ever. What can I expect? I hit the gym twice a day, 2 hours of cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon.

All input is greatly appreciated. What would you change about the cycle? What would you recommend for the second cylce?
i wouldn't recommend you cycle at all
