35G Maltdexdross (all put in blender and taken to gym) No Malto either.
Get home from gym 1 large banana

meal 4
8-10oz steak some veggies Chicken breast or fish
make it 2 cups steamed veggies (string beans, broccoli, squash, spinach) and 1/2 TBS olive oil

30 min b4 bed Make this meal 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg. and 1/2 scoop whey in water, 1 tbs peanut butter.
