    hows this diet look

    7:00am-half cup plain oatmeal with splenda and boiled egg
    9:30protein shake
    11:30 3.5 oz lean meat and veggies
    2:00 3oz tuna and 2 tablespoons penut butter
    5:00 workout
    after workout protein shake
    7:00 lean meat and good carbs
    Im wanting to cut to shed body fat,so how is this?
