Phera-Plex Cycle (ancilliaries+pct set) Please critique!

    No cycling background.

Diet, training are solid. I just am planning ahead and would like to have it set for when the time comes.

Already using multivitamin, green tea extract, garlic extract, fish oil, etc, 3g sesamin a day as well
Unless noted all doses are ED

    Phase: Pre-load ancilliaries

    Days 1-14
    Red Yeast Rice 1200mg
    Hawthorne Berry (roughly) 1200mg
    Silymarin/Milk Thistle 900mg
    coq10 300mg
    Phase: Cycle
    Days 15-45
    Pheraplex clone 30mg
AI's Cycle Support 1 full serving per day
Niacin (to help with lipids, combat progestin(sp?)) 1000mg split in 2 doses
    6-oxo 300mg daily
    coq10 200mg
    Phase: PCT
    Days 46-60
    Clomid 50mg
    Nolva 20mg
    Red Yeast Rice 1200mg
    Hawthorne Berry (roughly) 1200mg
    Silymarin/Milk Thistle 900mg
    coq10 300mg
    Days 61-76
    Clomid 25mg
    Nolva 20mg

Any critiques on these? Dosages? Additional stuff?

coq10 looks like a necessary addition to pre and post cycle therapy, shooting around 300mg perhaps during pre/post, and add in 200mg ed in addition to whats in my cycle support.

also, the nolva is on hand to battle any signs of gyno.

a little over the top in my opinoin with the support supps. do you even know what they do or were ya just told to?

I do know what they do, and why do you say theyre over the top?

What is over the top about avoiding sides like negative cholesterol values and increased blood pressure?

The pre and post cycle hawthorne berry, ryr and silymarin ran me about thirty bucks total if I remember correctly. Walmart for the win. The coq10 combats the ryr's lowering of coq10 concentrations in the heart. (http://altmedicine.about.com/od/cons...tins_coq10.htm,http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/coe...nt-coenzymeq10)

those will still happen.. for sure. so will all the other neg's of PH's (to some extent atleast) thats why i dont bother with them. AAS is acutally much safer and less side effects when used properly. good luck with ya cycle bro.
