Hey guys, heres the deal, im a college student looking at a low carb cutting diet, cooking is very hard and annoying to do.And eating at the school caf is not gonna be good for me cutting down from my current BF% of 13.3. here is my question, could i make up a large portion of chicken with mixed stir-fry say once a week and eat that 3-4 times a day? here is an example of what im looking at doing.
Stats age 19
Height 6'4
Weight 255
BF% 13.3 tested about a week ago
Breakfast: 4 eggs (caf) glass of water 1/2 cup oatmeal
Snack before classes: 8 oz chicken mixed with stir fry veggies (Carrots, Green beens, broccoli) and just enough stir fry sauce to make it good: 3G carbs 2G sugar- i looked around and found the healthyiest sauce i could get.-
Lunch:8 oz chicken mixed with stir fry veggies, 50G protien shake
Snack: 8 oz chicken mixed with stir fry veggies (before workout)
Directly after workout: 50G protien 30G waxy maize Im running slin, makes things a little tricky.
75 mins after slin injection/ workout: 8 oz pollock (cheapest fish i could find) pretty sure its real lean...)1 cup brown rice, maybe some hotsauce for flavor
This is around 7pm for a time reference.
later around 9pm:8 oz chicken mixed with stir fry veggies
I am also running small doses of T3 and semi-large doses of clen(to burn fat and to prevent muscle wasteing) along with the usual supplements whyle cutting.
Any advice on anything that looks funny? anything is welcome.
