I know this will sound like a very generic question, but what is "ideal" cardio for weight loss. Im not taking specific exercises, motions etc but is it as simple as 45mins to an hour with a 140-150bpm heart rate? 4-5 days a week?
I was asked this question while bs'ing on the treadmill today and I didnt really have an answer for the person who asked. I just replied that I tend to do 45 mins on either the eliptical or treadmill, then 15 mins on the heavy bag. (punches, kicks, knee's etc).
I dont think my way is the best, its just what I do. I stressed diet, diet, diet but what other simple info can I give. I told him I would ask some Pro's tonight and get back to him tomorrow.
