How to PCT ??

Im going to ask for some help with my pct here...

I am going to do sustanon and anadrol (dont want to get into cycle stuff too much) ill wait for that on the other forum...

well this is what i have so far,

run hcg during the last 4 weeks of cycle,
An anti-estrogen (Nolva) is to be used with hcg during your last 4 weeks of cycle

I was told to start hcg the at the last injection and inject 500iu every 5 days for no more than 3 weeks and add 1000mgs Vitamin E ED

and to start this 18 days after last injection of sustanon :
Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
Tamoxifen: 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)


does this make sense ??
