Ok I am wondering, I know fat is needed to get into ketosis quicker however it seems as though body fat is a primary source of fuel once you are in ketosis, so once you are in what about reducing the fat intake? or total cals intake? would this still be muscle sparing and effective as fat loss? I guess I would still add some var and T3 to keep the metabolism up and to keep muscle catabolism down as much as possible. I am just thinking outloud really any ideas anyone?
