    Down 20 Pounds

    I recently lost 20lbs I started at 275 and I am now 255. Still got a long way to go but so far so good.




    Heres what I looked like at 275

    I am sure I will get criticized but it doesnt bother. I am happy I lost the weight.

    u talkin bout arson the diet pills?? how are those working for u. i have them but dont seem 2 notice much, hydroxycut hardcore worked better IMO

    great job!! I am in your shoes right now too. I started at 298 and I am around 250 now. I have just upped the cardio and less focused on weight lifting to see how low I can go.

    cardio will take off fat, but u dont want to lose all the fat and not grow muscle underneath, loose skin dude loose skin!

    Count Calories. When you cut.

    Train intense aswell. T4/t3?

    Also do you power lift or body build?

    Looking good how much lean mass you got and what do you got planned for a cutting diet.

    Looking good man. Definitely look harder.

    What's cool about cutting is as your waist gets smaller, your V taper with your lats starts looking bigger and bigger and bigger... I was down about 20 lbs for a bodybuilding competition a couple years ago and my friends kept saying "Dude how much weight have you gained? You look huge!"
