I read about the Lose It! app for the iphone on the diet forum and I am using it now. It has been the single best tool I have ever used. I can easily track all of my food intake throughout the day in real time. I swear I would have paid over a hun for it but it was free! I am amazed at the progress I am making with it. Does anyone know of other powerful tools like this for the iphone? Thanks!![]()
