    hey guys, new member

    Hello, a nice member advised me that i am dumbass and posted in the wrong forum, one more try.
    So heres my gig
    i have been out of the loop for years on training and juice. so ive got questions, whats the deal about the 1-T 1-Androsterone, is real, bs, what?.

    a little about myself -32 yrs old, did gear around 5 total times starting at 19 til 24. went from 170 to 240 at my peak. pretty good gains i guess. had knee surgury at 26 and kinda started dropping off with training but still maintained my mass. at 29 i was still 225 and as strong buy not as puffy when i was 240 on gear, since 29 had shoulder issues and have been to the gym about 20 times in pasts 3 years, i do pushups and situps hear and there and can still walk into the gym and incline 225 several times, i am currently 220 lbs, neck is around 18, bi's 17.5 flexed, waist 36 and after having a baby (my wife did, i supplied sperm,ha)and building our house i am feeling that i need a little me time so its gonna be back to the gym, my plan was to get to my max naturally again and then hit a stack of test and deca. any advise for this out of date guy? thanks guys

    let me tell u that first u need to set up a good diet paln, its considered N 1 priority.
    when it comes to cycle since u don't have a no cycle background and prob this your 1srt i would just keep it simple and plain this is how its ganna run.

    week 1 to 12 500mg test e 2x split.

    pct week 14 to 18 with clomid 50mg all the way.

    don't forget to list your diet in the diet forum.
    my rules: running a cycle without a proper diet is waste of time and money.

    thanks for the response, diet has been always good, except beer, regarding pct, what about hcg during the cycle, diet is whey shakes, egg whites, chicken breast, venison, salads with nuts, etc. regarding my cycle background you are saying thats 5 cycles is not much? making sure thanks for your help

    1st regarding your diet you need to list in details what ur diet is, not directing this to u, its just sometimes u hear people complaining about not gaining any weight and they eat and eat and eat but can't gain wait once they list their diet than bang they r getting 2000 colories or less a day.

    2nd, hcg if you know that ur balls really shrinks and ur concerned about them then i would use it 2x a week.
    3rd, iam sorry i lost you here r you saying that you've done 5 cycles in the past?. if so, i appologize i didn't read it.
    regarding your cycle since u have those injuries yes deca would be a good choice to help lubricate those joints while pushing hard.

    here you on diet, this is what i normally eat, even though i am not training, i think my protein intake has really helped keep my muscle while being away from the gym. while bulking in the past my caloric was around 4000, protein around 350 to 400 grams, ate about every two hours, i try to get 2 to 2.5 grams per body llb, its hard just have to set the alarm clock. carbs no idea, fairly low.
    Ball shrinkage, during past cylcles definatley noticed shrinkage but no lack of boners! i always of course tapered my cycles down, did ten week cycles, however i never did a pct. just kept training and eating right. thoughts?

    it looks like you have experience and a good plan. i believe you should put some time in the gym to make sure your gonna stay motivated and not have distractions. i think thats a good cycle if you want some quick mass and good strength gains. i recomend using hcg only if you experience side effects (ball shrinkage) when u notice it. start the hcg treatment and go untill pct. i personally never use it. who needs balls. lmao. but if you want to pop out more mini yous. hcg when needed. you are gonna experience some bloat on that cycle but you should be able to keep some good solid gains if diet stays on point during and post. besides that you seem to be an experienced fellow. good luck with your cycle, keep us posted, and may your balls be with you.

    ive heard that tapering down the dose of clomid gradually works better. this is what i do so that my dose is lower in my last weeks but if that has been working no probs and good lab results for you. do what you do. have a good cycle.

    in case ur running hcg 500iu 2x a week u can run it up to the pct time.

    you can frontload with either pills like var or if u don't mind injetables like prop...etc u have to inject 'em e/d or at least eod.

    i don't know how's ur diet look like cause saying 3000 of colories is not enough data it could b anything. u need to list each meal in details.

    example:

    breakfast:
    8am - 6 egg whites, 1 toast, 50mg yelow cheese, 1/2 cup oat.
    10am- shake with bannana.
    etc.....
    ........

    iam ganna ask u to move it to diet forum and post it there so u can get more guys to critic and get more feedback. hopefully get u more ideas.
