Life cerel, its like little packets of milk convered in a crunchy sugar shell. That shit will break me on a diet, it's literally amazing.
I have been eating this Kashi Go Lean cereal lately and i like it. Taste is decent but its the stats on the cereal box that get me going. Warning: cereal is hard a shit, so let soak in the milk for a few minutes to make it edible.
yeah i basically lived on kashi during wrestling season when i was cutting weight. i would have like one bowl of that twice a day since it was only like 8oz each, light on the milk, and would hold me over well enough. dropping 12-15 pounds in a few days needs a little food still
lol dsm i know. but i really haven't eaten any of the good cereal since i was little. even then, my mom would only let us (me and my sisters) get cereal with less than like 13g of sugar per serving
