Starting a serious cutting diet for the summer and doing clen for first time.
Stats: 6"2 , about 230lbs, maybe 20%bf 24yo
Feel free to critique and give me your 2cents. I might be doing my first test e cycle later in the year.. Plenty of time for extra research..
For now:
Wake: Morning cardio 45min 65-75% mhr 5xweek (mon-fri)
Clen (I'll be using the benadryl method in the clen faq)
Meal 1:
-1/2 cup of oatmeal
-1 scoop of optimum procomplex (I say this because it has different release protein like whey, egg and casein with bcaas and glutamine) about 30g. protein
- Low fat Cottage cheese (about 15g. protein worth)
-banana
-small handful of almonds
Meal 2
-Egg white omelet + 2 whole eggs and veggies(frozen stir fry mix)
about 40g. protein
Meal 3 - Preworkout
-1/2 cup of oatmeal
-1 scoop of optimum procomplex 30g. protein
Meal 4 - Post Workout
-one serving of cell mass hardcore.. (I like this because it has creatine and 75g. of dextrose for postworkout)
-2 scoops of optimum procomplex 60g. protein
Meal 5
This one I leave optional for variety sake..
usually 40-50 g. lean protein (chicken breast, lean beef)
with very small amount of complex carbs like yam, potato, brown rice
-veggies
Meal 6
-Egg white omelet + 2 whole eggs and veggies(frozen stir fry mix)
about 40g. protein
Meal 7 - (optional before bed)
-1 scoop of optimum procomplex 30g. protein
-1 tablespoon of flax oil or peanut butter
I will be also having I cheat meal a week of high carb complex carbs and moderate to low fat to cycle.
