    Smile Working-out is addictive.

In the relm of bodybuilding im new at this show. Been in the Army for 6 years now so im use to push-ups, set-ups, and many other exercises to kill your body. My last deployment had a guy show me the ropes in the gym to help me pass the time and found working out to be a great stress reliver. Now im on another tour and have found my days are amounting to working out, and the Chow hall between missions. I have learned alot reading info on this site to help me follow a good routine to maximize my gym time. Im a hard gainner I belive so I will be pounding away at this site to find my way to a bigger me.

Welcome bro! Are you having trouble maintaining your weight while in country? My cousin lost almost 20 pounds while he was over seas.

Well maintaining weight is a challange. I have to take advantage of the chow hall when I can and between meals I carry packs of Tyson chicken in the bag and Tuna in the bag with peanut butter crackers for snacks. Protein Shakes after work outs and before bed have helped me intake enough calories to actually slowly gain weight. Its hard but im commited to gain.

Missions are daily for me. Good thing about the military is they are dedicated to providing gyms everywhere they go for soldiers to use. Any camp I go to im able to work out and at anytime I can since they are all 24hrs. No excuse to not work out here really unlike if I where home where I can find a wife to distract me =)
