i was doing very good natural training and had to get surgery. in 2 weeks i lost about 11 lbs. my doctor allowed me to start light exercising and jogging so i did so. my diet prior to surgery was averaged around 3200 kcals/day. post surgery i was probably somewhere around 1500-2000 kcal. Now that i am completely healed i started back on my schedule. my weight went down a little but not dramatically. I increased my intake to 3500 kcal/day in hopes to regain my lost weight and get to normal.
but the problem comes in that recently for the past week i have been having what i thought of early diabetes symptoms.. very dry mouthed, frequent urination, acid-ketodosis taste, when i stood up quickly i would get a bit dizzy and my vision was blurry for about 2 days
i went from intense training to nothin for about 4 weeks in total.. the 5th into 6th week was when i was experiencing these symptoms.. now week 7 out of surgery i am feeling good in the gym and staying on my diet but still urinate more often than i use to and someee times ill have dry mouth.
i know a decent amount about nutrition and how the body works in diabetes and why stuff happens etc.. if i keep eating better, exercising daily, will my muscle cells uptake the glucose and minimize the symptoms to almost never.
would i urinate less due to the bodys need and usage of proteins and my kidneys not flushing my water stores?
-not really sure where this should be but hopefully its in the right section.
thanks guys for help in advance
