Since dec 25 i haven't. At times when i do a cheat meal its just that one meal ..usually much cleaner than you mentioned and usually its 1 meal every 7-10 days. Special occasions (major holidays and my birthday)are for pizza etc ....
i would guess pizza carrys alot of fat. i dont' see at at any nutrition program
Ive been pretty good for this cut that Im on. Ive only had 1 bowl of ice cream this whole time.
However, I do cheat somewhat daily. It may be a touch of A1 or ketchup on my meal, perhaps a bite of what the bitch is eating, andm creamer in my coffee before lifting

Pizza, Mc Donalds, are bad for you, someone should have told me about this before I started......Thats it I quite,,,,one meal every week but is none of the above. Last week I had a cookie.....I took about ten minutes to eat it god it was good.
If I'm bulking it happens pretty often because its tough for me to gain any weight at all. Cutting, maybe once a week.

Every Saturday night I either have a cheat meal of anything i want or have some beers with friends, I do this religiously and it really helps keep me focused the rest of the week knowing I have a night to do what I want
I wait untill I can't take it anymore to cheat, I would say on avg about 7-10 days, then I go all out. Whatever I want for one night, i'll eat good all day, then around dinner time it's ON. People look down on this, and it does make you feel like shit the next day but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
when i feel carb depleted I carb up and that is my cheat
lol my last 2 cheat meals were foot long subway with turkey no cheese, light mayo on wheat bread. tomato, lettuce, black olives and sweet peppers ... not so much of a "cheat" but it tastes sooo good

hmm i cheat about.. once or twice a day. but since i'm not very strict, my cheats aren't that bad. like maybe some simple carbs (spaghetti) or not the best meat choices, like fattier beef patties or something
hmmm sometimes i'll cheat megaly so 3 times in a week... sometimes i wont cheat for a few weeks...
but to this day i havnt eaten chocolate in over 8 months, ice cream in 2 and abit years..
and i havnt had more than 1 lolly/sweet in a year.

consisting of cheating ill prob eat about 6 in a week if i do but it settles my taste buds and gives me aliitle energy as i work hard 13 hours a day in consruction so it doesnt really put anything on either as i have a fast matabalizim !
but it depends on what u do if ur active through out the day i dont think it hurts for a little but if ur not then i prob wouldnt do it apart from that its just protein/fats protien/fats protien/fats!

When bulking, everyday. But my bulks are only about 4-6 weeks so the little fat I gain during the bulk is usually lost easily and when bulking with tren mann does that stuff let you get away with a lot without putting any serious fat on you.

drinking is cheating itself that leads to more cheating but ill never quit
traveling a long distance for some reason gives me the urge to just eat whatever i can get my hands on..does anybody else have that problem?
i cheat normally 3-5 meals a weeks. not really to much fatty stuff. once in a while i'll have some icecream, kids b-days i always have cake and icecream. pizza maybe once or twice a month
