You can't really say there is a company w/ the best powder. Generally there are different grades of whey, concentrate, isolate, hydrolysed whey peptides. Bioavailability & absorption increases when you go from conc ---> isolate and hydrolyzed would be the best since it is in a predigested form. But you are paying a premium when you increase the quality.

Then there are extras you can add into protein such as different protein enzymes to further enance digestion, creatine, bcaas, free form aminos, etc

NO, thats shit protein. Made with primarily whey concentrate and double the price of other brands. And tastes like asshole from customer feedback.

Something reasonably priced that is good would be ON gold standard. Primarily whey isolate and has enzymes in it as well.

100% Isolate doesn't really matter what you go with. Adding enzymes, bcaas, creatine or just 100% isolate, all preference.

I agree, save your money on the nitro tech. My fav company is ON, dunno why just always have liked their products.

100% Whey is good for a quick protein fix. PWO, you want a recovery formula...something with high and fast carbs and protein. Use a casein protein prior to going to bed.
