    Confused

    i am starting my first cycle and i was thinking of sustan 250 and winstrol and i have a good diet. but when i asked for advice about it they said my diet was all wrong. i eat realy good here is my diet i need adivce.

    morning

    4 egg whites
    protien bar

    mid morning

    10 oz caned chicken

    mid afternoon
    10 oz tuna steak
    proten shake

    dinner
    10 oz chicken
    rice

    bedtime proten shake

    Now before you guys burn me the rice is only because i tryed this with out the rice and the carbs but i found out i have a realy high metoblisom and i ened up losing almost 13 lbs in a week and got sick. but thats a great amount of protien and i take animal stack with all the vitiams because i hate vegies

    but whats wrong with the diet, i have plenty of protien low carbs and very low fat, and i have tons of vitiams so why is the diet wrong?

    ok so heres the deal imo ....you need to figure the caloric intake necessary for you to strictly maintain your present body weight factoring in your activity level. then you need to up that amount of calories by 500 cal /day. Then you need to divide the number of daily calories by the # of meals u will eat (should be 6 imo) The you need to come up with ratio of carbs /proteins / fats u wanna go with - popular (not saying its 100% correct etc) is 40/40/20. so 40% calories from carbs 40% calories from protein and 20% calories from fat. So structure your meals based on the # ofcalories per meal using the 40/40/20 ratio ........ fats - 9.5 cal / gram protein 4 cal /gram carbs 4cal/gram ....

    so how would i figure out how to mantain my present body weight for calories, i know that in one work out i burn around 400 to 500

    Lets have your stats. Height, weight, age, BF% and what you want to accomplish with this diet/cycle.

    Then we can put something together for ya.

    Like mentioned above, many people think they eat healthy brecause they stay away from McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts but there's much more to it. You need more than just protein in your det.

    With what you have outlined above will eat up half of every scrap of muscle you work your ass off to gain. Not to mention you will see zero lasting results from your cycle.

    Like jimmy and rugger said... Also, protein bars SUCK!!! There are many, many better choices than those....
