    Little feedback on my first cycle plan?

    Hey all, thanks for taking a look and double thanks for any input. I haven't lifted for nearly six months now because of bad, BAD tendonosis in my knees. Before the injury I weighed about 205 and lifted primarily for strength. The main goal for the cycle is to heal my knees, muscle building is secondary.

    Age: 22
    Height: 5' 11"
    Weight: 184 lbs
    Bodyfat: 16%? 17%? not sure
    Experience: 7 yrs, a sporadic 1.5-2 yrs of not training mixed in there
    Diet: Has been not so great in past, but I know what to do now
    Former Bench: 350lbs
    Former Squat: ~400lbs
    Former Deadlift: 465lbs

    Cycle - 12 weeks
    Deca - 400mg, 2x week (200mg per injection)
    Test-e - 250mg, 2x week (125mg per injection)

    PCT - 4 weeks (starting 2 weeks after last injection)
    Clomid - 50mg daily
    Nolva - 20mg daily

    Questions - Can I cut the cycle length to 10wks or not recommended? On the other hand, if I become addicted to the mental side of this , how long can I run the cycle? Also, with a 10 or 12 week cycle, can my PCT be any shorter or the dosages any less?

    I would suggest just a single compound for your first cycle.

    Test e 500mg/per week 1-12 weeks

    Never skimp out on your PCT

    thx for the input. since i am running the cycle for the main purpose of healing, i need to run the deca also... right? or is there something i don't know about running two aas for the 1st?

    I must have been doing something else when I read your cycle and the reasons you are doing it.....22 is a little young...if you are injuried you may re-injury your self. I would hold on to the cycle untill you have recoved and are able to push your self...to new heights.....I have found when doing deca you need to run your test higher then your deca...I am sure others are going to telll you the same thing and should have more input for you and I might think of more later....

    Is this your first cycle??????????????

    yes, this is my first cycle. as far as the threat of injury, i want to take the deca to heal my knees, because doctors have not been any use whatsoever, regular methods of treatment arent helping and i cant afford to keep going through the traditional routes. for now, aas seems to be the most cost effective and most likely to help method out there. i will be lifting very cautiously since i understand that the muscle gain is not in tune with tendon growth. i certainly wont be lifting anything heavier than say, 340 bench (seeing as my previous pb was 350). even if i have to rep 340 like im doing pushups. im scared of tearing a muscle out.

    deca prb help the knee short term. I dont know how prolong your problem has been but if you havent lifted in 6 months id def start back up for awhile b4 you start a cycle.
