Hey all, thanks for taking a look and double thanks for any input. I haven't lifted for nearly six months now because of bad, BAD tendonosis in my knees. Before the injury I weighed about 205 and lifted primarily for strength. The main goal for the cycle is to heal my knees, muscle building is secondary.
Age: 22
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 184 lbs
Bodyfat: 16%? 17%? not sure
Experience: 7 yrs, a sporadic 1.5-2 yrs of not training mixed in there
Diet: Has been not so great in past, but I know what to do now
Former Bench: 350lbs
Former Squat: ~400lbs
Former Deadlift: 465lbs
Cycle - 12 weeks
Deca - 400mg, 2x week (200mg per injection)
Test-e - 250mg, 2x week (125mg per injection)
PCT - 4 weeks (starting 2 weeks after last injection)
Clomid - 50mg daily
Nolva - 20mg daily
Questions - Can I cut the cycle length to 10wks or not recommended? On the other hand, if I become addicted to the mental side of this, how long can I run the cycle? Also, with a 10 or 12 week cycle, can my PCT be any shorter or the dosages any less?
