Need some pretty important advice!

So about 3 years ago I had testicle cancer and was left with only one testicle. It works just fine and produces just as much as if I had both. My question is, would it be wise to steroids? And if so what would have less effect in that area. I'm looking to cut and really dont want to screw up my only boy left. I realize this is more of a question for a doctor. But I figured someone on here might know. Thanks!

Im 24, 185lbs. Just wanting to cut down not really wanting to gain much weight.

steroids are not needed to cut, diet and cardio are.
what is your body fat%?
