    Advice please!

    Hi all,

    Currently i am taking a course 2xDBol tablets daily, 1ml (0.5ml twice per week) Testosterone Enanthate 1ml Nandrolone Decanoate (0.5ml twice per week)

    I'm going into week 5 and so far have had good gains - close to 8kgs! Eating 8 meals a day with protein etc in every meal.

    However, I'm unsure if my training routine is right. Currently I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day off between the main groups Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms. This means every week i get to train one body part at least twice as it alternates. I generally keep each routine under an hour.

    Ie Chest, Legs, Back, Day off, Shoulders, Arms, Chest, Day Off, Back, Shoulders etc....

    I may go in some mornings occasionally to do forearms, traps, abs and so forth.

    Can someone please advise if i may be over training as I'm working hard out but have no problem sticking to this routine. Either recovering and healing extremely well or perhaps not at all!

    As i have another 5 weeks on my course, I'd really like to get maximum gains.

    That split looks good to me Shane, but it also depends on how many sets you are doing per body part. If you are doing a reasonable # of sets you should be fine

    I do about 4 exercises per body part, usually 3 sets each. Is this adequate or should i do more? Is 3 days on, 1 off enough rest for my body?
