Hi all,
Currently i am taking a course 2xDBol tablets daily, 1ml (0.5ml twice per week) Testosterone Enanthate 1ml Nandrolone Decanoate (0.5ml twice per week)
I'm going into week 5 and so far have had good gains - close to 8kgs! Eating 8 meals a day with protein etc in every meal.
However, I'm unsure if my training routine is right. Currently I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day off between the main groups Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms. This means every week i get to train one body part at least twice as it alternates. I generally keep each routine under an hour.
Ie Chest, Legs, Back, Day off, Shoulders, Arms, Chest, Day Off, Back, Shoulders etc....
I may go in some mornings occasionally to do forearms, traps, abs and so forth.
Can someone please advise if i may be over training as I'm working hard out but have no problem sticking to this routine. Either recovering and healing extremely well or perhaps not at all!
As i have another 5 weeks on my course, I'd really like to get maximum gains.
