Hey, first of all I'd like to begin saying that I'm 16 years old. I've been working out for little over a year now, and I'm considering now if I should start taking workout diets for maximum results. People have told me I shouldn't though, since I'm still young and my body is still growing.
Anyway, this is my current workout:

Incline Bench Press
Decline Dumbbell Bench Press

Monday:
Legs, Shoulders, and Abs
Tuesday:
Back and Biceps, and Abs

Does this look good? Anything I should remove/replace?
Basically, this month I am doing 8 Reps and maximum weight. Next month I do 15 Reps and less weight, and the month after I do a mix of the two. I just keep switching it up. I do not do any Cardio, unless you count my 10 minute warm up. I'm looking to both bulk and tone for the best results.
