What would ya'll say an appropriate dosage of niacin is?
Regular niacin, i was told it would be good to use as a vasodilator for my bodybuilding competition i'm preparing for
I've read people using 300-750 mgs
Only side seems to be flushing and itching.
Some love it, others didn't feel/see much.
I've ran up to 2000mg of flush free niacin. And didn't notice any kind of vascularity or pump....then again, flush free is weaker. How much weaker? I have no clue.
I have never used regular niacin though
Be careful with the non flush free. I wasn't aware when I took a 1,000 mg horse pill of the regular niacin. I almost called the hospital it was so bad. My entire body and face turned red, I could barely breath, and my heart went nuts. Not something I will ever repeat. Luckily sticking my finger down my throat got most of that shit out.
Look into Vanadyl sulfate as well.
People love that stuff also.
