I would not use dextrose cutting or bulking
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
But basically, there is no reason for dextrose. Stupid and unhealthy.
The whole topic/debate has been beaten to death, and I tend to side with the big boys Nark, Pinn, Bino, Nova, etc..

I hate dextrose.
I don't like it either because I always puked it back up 15 minutes after I drank it...
it has become a matter of opinion. in that regard, i don't do it.
So I should just go with a half cup of oats in my post shake.?
I'd go with a sweet potato over oats... 200g = 232 cals and 54 carbs
For oats, 1 cup or 80g is 54 carbs, 300 cals, 6g fat, 10g protein
