    When to begin Creatine, etc.

    Hey everyone, after my last injection of sustanon, when should I begin my creatine intake and other supplements? I will begin my pct 17 days after my last injection, should i begin creatine then or start creatine now? Thanks everyone.

    I would save the creatine for PCT
    most creatine supplements have alot of sugar and tend to add to the bloating that comes with taking steroids without an AI

    Also you don't have to wait to take supplements when you're juicing take them whenever
    I find steroids magnify the effects of all supplements I especially like the pump I get from arginine when I'm juicing

    you can take creatine whenever you want. doesnt really matter. but i would say best time may be day 1 of pct

    Start the creatine immediately. You can run creatine all year long - your body's ability to naturally uptake creatine will not be affected by prolonged supplementation.

    I'm planning on running it the day after my last shot for my current Test-E cycle, until 2 weeks after the end of my PCT.

    Make sure you run it correctly though (~8g per day for maintance phase, and ~20g ED for loading phase.)

    It'll help greatly to keep the water weight on / give you motivation to hit the gym, after the test wears down.
