Buying Cranberry Extract & Milk Thisle

For all u Canadian guys out here where do you guys buy your vitamins Iam looking for milk thisle & cranberry extract i checked shoppers drugmart, and wallmart and other few places they only carry 250mg cran ext. & milk thisle nothing higher and its pretty expensive still........any good places where i can get some higher dose stuff 450mg/cap or more wallmart used to sell them like 2 years ago but not anymore..any suggestions
