Quick question about alternative protein sources. Sugardale makes these 1lb thinly slice ham value packs for like sandwhoos and what not 96% fat free..in 1 oz their is 30 calories,1 gram of fat at 1%, saturated fat at 0 grams but at 1%, TRANS fat is on the label but at 0g, Cholestrol at 8mg..3%, Sodium is 350mg 15%, Total carbs is 1g, 1g of sugar, and 4g of protein.

Thought id post and ask because Ive never seen anyone talk about eating ham for people who cant eat seafood....like myself.
