Currently 6'1 243lbs and I would say 17% bf. I started a cutting diet monday and here is current plan:
Meals
#1 - 5 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 2 wheat toast
#2 - PWO shake 50g whey, with 1/4 almonds
#3- Tuna or turkey-roast beef in wheat wrap
#4- Lean protein, Pork chops
#5-Lean protein, usually beef/chicken and some veggis
#6- Protein Shake before bed 50g protein
Please let me know what changes I could make
