Highest quality most effective and digestable????

I have been using Syntha 6. It gives me long and short acting protiens, low carbs and sugar.

Im looking for other options. Everytime I open a magazine the best protien is the one who spends the most on marketing.

Wanted to get some feed back.

So Im clear Im not looking to bulk, Just the best protien shake I can get to build lean hard muscle.

Any type of whey protein w/o carbs for post work out. They are all the same.

If you want it for other times a day get a blend of whey and casein or just eat real food.

EAS has this one at Costco that is fairly good. It is $29 for 6lbs that is a blend of soy, whey and casein.

The main thing is that they don't have any carbs.
