Hey whats up I'm new to this forum and let me take a moment to introduce myself. I am 24 years old and have been working out on and off for about five years. I weight about 147lbs and 10% bf and in really good shape.
Ive been lurking on this forum for quite some time and picked up some really good information. So i decided to join as a member and decided to take my training another step. I hope as a new member i can gain more knowledge from you guys in the coming days.
