well was up every one well this is my story 5 years ago i was 20 years old weighing 145lb ripped up pushing 250 lb I'm 5 2" so for me that was awesome working out 6 days a week lived in and loved my gym now i have 2 kids a wife and i am 196 lb totally disgusted with my self i don't know what happed to me but i am tiered of looking and feeling like shit i have no energy to do any thing i am looking for some advice to drop as much wight as i can as fast as i can (also if any one lives in Houston maybe we could hit the gym together looking for some motivation)
