hey guys!!i know that in order to keep my gains after a cycle i need a good PCT,okay,but i need also good training and diet......
I wonder if it would be dangerous to keep training hard,because i ve heard that at this time(after cycle) our tenonts and muscles are more katabolic....
is it any possibillity of injury?
does the PCT drugs like Clomi/Nolva help the whole situation???
