    Dbol now what?

    I'm currently doing my first Dbol cycle and I'm seeing some insane gains (love Dbol) however I'm looking for a cutter to follow on from this cycle. A few friends have suggested Stanazolol but there appears to be so much contradictory information floating around.

    I obviously want to do everything in my power to ensure that I can retain the maximum amount of muscle gain whilst losing the excess water retention and remaining fat cells leaving a really handy cut around my muscle.

    Can someone point me in the right direction please.

    Im 26
    191 cm
    91kgs (200lbs)
    Body fat??? Not sure but always been quite lean and defined
    Years training - trained for 4 yrs then hurt back - 12 months off, 4 months back
    PCT Knowledge - what is this?

    As for rest of cycle not sure what you mean by this but I have about 5 weeks left.

    Have been taking lots of the creatine, arginine pre workout along with l-glutamine and whey isolate.

    My diet is good and im having 6 high protien meals a day. Training 6 days a week approx 2 hours a day with about 30 mins cardio included.

    Bench - Not sure what you mean by this but this is a new avenue for me as despite once doing a a deca cycle (obviously incorrectly) Ive always gone the natural angle.

    Any help would be great.

    you might want to prepare to hate dbol, as you will de plump from it not too long after you stop taking it.

    How long have you already been taking the dbol? what is your dosage?

    To be honest, and you will be shaking your head at this no doubt. A good mate of mine gave me these and im not 100% sure of the content other than he basically told me to have the dbol 2 hours before workout and to stack this way

    Week 1 - 2
    Week 2 - 3
    Week 3 - 4
    Week 4 - 5
    Week 5 - 5
    Week 6 - 5
    Week 7 - 5
    Week 8 - 3
    Week 9 - 2

    Im currently at the beginning of week 3

    I dont think 9weeks of d-bol would be good on your liverYou need to add some test in this cycle.

    9 weeks of a harsh oral? Really? What are the mgs of your dbol??

    Dbol is terrible to use by itself and expect to keep any of the gains after.
    Most of the weight gain from dbol is water that u will lose as soon as u stop.

    Most experienced users will add dbol to the beginning of a REAL cycle to help kickstart the strength and growth only, not ad the only compound.

    And seriously, you should NEVER touch another steroid before you have a decent understanding of what PCT is so that you minimize loss and regain natural hormone production after a cycle shuts you down.

    You can learn all this and more here if you take the time to do so. I would stop your "cycle" now until you can put a complete one together.

    That's just a messy cycle. Terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible...

    Get some Test Enanthate and run it for 12 weeks @ 500mg/week.
    and PCT is Post Cycle Therapy.

    Lots of reading to catch up on buddy!

    pct = post cycle theropy bud ,it consists of a numer of drugs used to reboot your natural testosarone levals ,as steroids shut your natty test down it will need a way to be brought back upto noral levals =pct.

    there is a ton of info on this site about pct so i would say get reading on it ,also look into test ethanate .

    Stop taking the dbol after 4 weeks. Save the rest for another cycle. Do some research on this site and you'll get the info you need to do the next one correctly.

    i wouldent go a far as that man ^^^^ dont get me wrong here but 9 weeks of dbol is not suicide .

    its not a good cycle either.

    Clomi seems to be something suitable for PCT which is no problem.

    But i'd like more feedback on the Dbol side of things.

    So is the common consensus that people do not retain anything from a Dbol cycle without using another substance?

    I had always assumed that you would lose a bit of size due to the high level of water retention but thought that you may have been able to retain at least half of your gains providing you provided the right dietary and supplementary support and not necessarily needing another steroid to actually retain anything.

    If so, what are the preferred substances to use?

    Also, what is a reasonable period to be using the Dbol if 9 weeks is too much as i'm not sure that im willing to shut up shop on this cycle now if can avoid it. Any recommendations on salvaging this would be good.

    dbol is used to kick start an injectable test e cycle


    weeks 1-4 35-40mgs dbol every day

    weeks 1-12 500mgs (2ml) test ethanate per week

    weeks 14-18 nolvadex 20/20/20/20

    weeks 14-18 clomid 100/50/50/25

    thats a very stanard cycle ,

    adex or nolva should be on hand for gyno/bloat probs on cycle

    Basic kickstart is 4 weeks while u are using another compound to help until that compound builds up and "kicks in"

    Usually test is the base for "most" typical cycles. Test E, test cyp, are both longer esters and take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to kick in. Test p is a shorter ester and if used, there is no need for dbol

    Fair enough. I appreciate all the help here guys. Might pull the pin where I am at now and hold on to the Dbol and get these other items together before I go any further down the track and waste any more of my time.

    Just quickly, doing the sort of cycle above mentioned by lord henry, what sort of average gains could I expect to keep doing a cycle like this considering that im 26yrs, 191cm and 200lbs?

    Gains will depend solely in your diet and your lifting and MOST importantly PCT. You can see anywhere from 5-20 lbs. But please don't start until you understand and have on hand ALL pct materials.
