    oral B12

    My wife is wanting a good B12(not cpmlex) she can take orally. ANyone have any suggestions? THanks in advance.

    i would just go get some b12 sublingual tabs, though b12's absorption efficiency is like 1% when taken orally

    sublingual and in the form of methylcobalamin. But not easy to find and is expensive.
