Ok here the thing i almost never look at my image in the mirror.
Mistake, today i did. I this months of supersedentary job if became FAT without realizing how grossly fat i've become. I've got that floater on mi abs and well you know...
So tomorrow i'll start dieting and cardio 7 days a week.
what do you think is best
a) 3 pro/fat meals and 3pro/carb meals
or
b) divide the total daily carbs in 5 meals and the last be pro/fat
some supplements THATS ARE NOT fat-burner containing tons of cafeine, taurine, gurana teine etc etc that WORK/HELP????
