What is your cycle? also do you have pct? Most try and run test for 12 weeks and deca for 10
no dont hav a pct yet but sorting that ot closer to end off cycle... yeah will get extra deca and sust.. and defo sort out my pct so i can hold onto my gains.. i weight 208pounds natural.. 15per bf... .5ft9"... wat gains can i expect..

Depends on your diet and training..
this is your first cycle?
everyone is different, and you sound pretty solid but you could prob gain about 15-20lbs (some water) maybe keep 12 or 10lbs of it. all depends on diet, and of course training.
I would advise getting your pct before you start your cycle and extra. have you got some arimidex or letro if gyno symptoms start?
training is as follows
mon ; shoulders, traps
tues; back
wed; rest day
thurs;chest
fri;legs
sat; bi's tri's and forearms
sun; rest day
my diet meal 1; 6 eggs toast and fruit
meal 2.. chicken. with pasta
meal 3 ..brown rice with steak
meal 4.. dinner .. roast beef..
meal 5.. white rice and stake
meal 6 .. something small normally tuna sambo on white bread.
meal 7 .. shake..
yeah with that diet hav gained over 36lbs in 7 months really happy so hopefully with the juice can bring that number up... yeah will sort out my pct asap.. thanks
8 weeks is to short and you will not see any good gains running deca for 8 weeks. the deca should be run for 10 and the sust for 12. wait to start until you get more
5'9 and 208 lbs? Get your cardio and dietin check. 15 percent bf? you shouldnt be cycling just yet. You need to always make sure you have everything before you cycle especially pct....its your health your talking about
